If an aide cannot make it for some reason, we will find a
replacement. No matter what time, day or night. No need for you
to worry or take valuable time from your own day, we do it for
you. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Certified Home Health Aides—
full-time, part-time, or live-in. Our home health care aides are
expected to routinely do the following:
- provide personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting
- be a congenial and loyal companion to the patient
- accompany clients to any social or family event where they
are needed including holiday and religious gatherings
- make any 'transfers' required from bed to wheelchair, etc.
- meal preparation - while the culinary skills of our aides vary
widely, some are quite good and one of them is even contemplating
writing a cookbook!
- light housekeeping including dishwashing, laundry, etc.
- run errands: pick up prescriptions, buy house supplies, get
dry cleaning, etc.
- take patients to doctors and dentists appointments
- update family members on the status of the patient and of
the household
