From the very beginning—since
1978—our goal has been to offer home health services to others
that we would be comfortable giving to our own family members. We,
too, have had family members go through many of the same transitions
and experiences that yours are now. We've experienced it firsthand
and,
therefore, we understand.
Ours is a personal approach. Some firms are pure agencies, frequently franchises, mixing and matching clients with aides, not getting involved in the life of the patient at all. Our approach, on the other hand, is different. By sharing your burdens, understanding your own unique issues surrounding care management, and getting involved in solving day-to-day problems—not to mention getting the chores done—we believe you get the best in care. In fact, both our staff and our aides often develop a close and lasting relationship with our patients.
