Each GRC home health care provider is experienced, carefully screened, and covered by liability and workers comp insurance.
Each Geriatric Resource Centre home health care provider has a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a home health care worker, hospital caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ), and the like. Geriatric Resource Centre runs a CORI background check on each of our employees and they are covered by liability and workers comp insurance.

Experienced and Well Trained— Our home health care providers must have a minimum of 3 years experience in homes, hospitals or nursing homes. They must also have obtained certificates specifying their training. Many are state certified as well. And they must pass our background and reference checks before they go to work for us.
Employees, Not Independent Contractors— All aides are our employees and, therefore, receive W-2 forms. They are also bonded and covered by liability and workers comp insurance. We run a state criminal history background check on each employee and each is required to provide three or four references.
A Sizeable Staff— We have over 125 home health aides in our registry, many of whom have been with us for more than 10 years. The caliber of our staff is quite extraordinary as you will see.
